Rapunzel

"Rapunzel, Rapunzel - let down your hair" - Brothers Grimm

The Rapunzel tie is a beautiful way of wearing a rectangular scarf and can be worn with any rectangular scarf and any accent scarf. This tie is both classy and young looking. Our model is wearing the monet scarf in light blue and our spaghetti accent scarf in white.

Step 1:
Take a rectangular scarf and tie it once, tightly, over your head. You should put the scarf in the middle of your head so that you have two ends that are equal in length.
Step 2:
Take the accent scarf and tie it over the rectangular scarf. Make sure it is tight (not too tight though!) as the accent scarf will prevent the rectangular scarf from slipping. The ends, just like in step 1, should be the same length and hanging down your back.
Step 3:

Begin braiding the two tails fo the accent scarf with the two tails of the rectangular scarf. If you don't know how to braid using 4 pieces, you can treat the two accent tails as one tail and create a 3-pieced braid instead.

Step 4:
Finish the braid and secure the ends with a scrunchie or a rubber band.
